What can you expect from the program?

During the Metabolic Reset event, you will be asked to complete the Standard Process Symptom Survey form and the detoxification Questionnaire for a baseline assessment. You may also submit recent blood analysis panels to provide a more comprehensive picture of your health. I will use this information to tailor the program to your specific needs.

How does the Body Pod work?

The Body Pod is a bioelectrical impedance analysis tool that measures your body composition, including fat, muscle, and water. This data is then used to track your progress throughout the program. The Body Pod also has an app that links to a dashboard for real-time monitoring. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you are on the right track.

What is included in the program?

The program includes three weekly 30-minute group virtual check-ins and up to two individual text inquiries per week. These check-ins and inquiries are a great way to stay accountable and receive support. The fees for the program include the cost of the Standard Process Cleanse Products Kit, Body Pod, and processing fees for the Symptom Survey, Detox Questionnaire, hosting Zoom, and texting services.
